Slag Pin

These hardened replacement pins are designed to maintain the performance of SLAG brushes used to remove slag generated by laser and plasma cutting of sheet steel. When the original pins show signs of wear, replacing them restores the tool’s working capacity without the need to replace the entire assembly.

Hardness options
  • 55 (Black): offers a smoother, more forgiving action, suitable for general slag removal applications.
  • 65 (Blue): features greater hardness, suitable for dealing with tougher and more persistent slag, with the aim of extending the pin’s service life.
Screw types

Available with M8 or M6 threads, depending on the brush model.
