Their robust construction enables them to tackle hard residues that can be difficult to remove with conventional abrasives or blades, facilitating treatment in a single pass, depending on working conditions and the degree to which the slag is adhering.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Mounting systems<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Available with different mounting options to suit the equipment used:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard flange:<\/strong> for deburring machines and compatible heads.<\/li>\n<li><strong>M14 thread:<\/strong> for use with compatible angle grinders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>QuickFix (snail-lock):<\/strong> quick-change system for compatible equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Right and Left versions allow you to select the correct direction of rotation to suit the machine\u2019s spindle.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Brush types<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single:<\/strong> suitable for slag removal in general applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double:<\/strong> features a higher filament density, suitable for tackling tougher slag and extending the brush\u2019s service life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Machine compatibility<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Available for deburring equipment and brushing heads from manufacturers such as Costa, Timesavers, Weber, Lissmac, Q-Fin, ARKU and Loewer.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Do you need a customized SLAG solution to your process?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>At JAZ, we can customize SLAG brushes to suit the requirements of each application.
